<p>I don&#8217;t care what you say&#8230;A kettle bell workout weight looks like a cannonball with a handle on top. Originally a Russian development, these training tools have become quite popular because of their compact design and affordability. But now, instead of buying a whole set of independent kettle bells, consider the <a href="http://www.getpowerbell.com/index.html">Weider PowerBell</a>.</p>
<p>The PowerBell uses a set of weight plates that can be easily removed and reconfigured to create the ideal weight for your current exercise. It&#8217;s basically seven kettle bells in one. They come in two different variants:  a 20 pound max and 40 pound max weight, each with six weights to add or remove depending on your preferences. Both PowerBells come with a workout DVD. </p>
<p>What it doesn’t come with is ambition and drive. You&#8217;ll have to provide those yourself.</p>
